For this, you should to contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. After this we will decide for return or refund.
After delivery, to raise any dispute related to order please makes sure
- The dispute should be raised with in 24 hours after receipt of the shipment.
- Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.
- Close images of damaged products are mandatory to process claim.
