- At the time of order confirmation, if price be changed then updated price will be charged. Any item will be dispatched as per stock availability and no charged any amount for that items which is not sent. In case of Prepaid Order if any item will not be sent due to any reason then amount equivalent to price of that item will be refunded.
- After delivery, to raise any dispute related to order please makes sure
- The dispute should be raised with in 24 hours after receipt of the shipment.
- Parcel opening video is mandatory for damaged or missing goods complaint or to raise any complaint related to goods. One single video is required.
- Close images of damaged products are mandatory to process claim.
- For the Coupon or Offer only one offer or Coupon will be applied in one order. Not more than one Coupon or Offer applied in the same order. We have right of activate or deactivate any Offer or Coupon at any time without prior notice.
- Any dispute will be solved in Patna Juridical Area.
